Show moreNo. Financial products such as regulated investments, interest-bearing accounts, or loans—are typically provided by licensed financial institutions like banks or investment firms. While MyTreehood lets you adopt trees and receive a share of their harvest—much like a farming partnership—it isn’t a regulated investment product. Your returns depend on natural factors like weather and growing conditions, so although we care for each orchard professionally, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes.
If a tree ever becomes unproductive due to natural causes, we’ll replace it with one of our specially held reserve trees so your adoption continues seamlessly.

Show moreNo, harvest results and returns are not guaranteed. Agriculture, by its nature, is influenced by many factors such as weather conditions, pests, and the overall performance of the orchard. This is similar to traditional farming, where farmers also do not have guaranteed returns each season. While we apply professional care and sustainable practices to maximize the health and productivity of the trees, outcomes ultimately depend on natural conditions beyond our control.
