At the moment, we do not offer installment payment options. The full adoption fee must be paid upfront. The adoption fee (also called the participation payment) covers everything from tree management and ongoing maintenance to operational support. All transactions undergo AML and KYC screening, and we handle your payment data in full compliance with GDPR and other data-protection regulations.

Refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 14 days after purchase, in accordance with consumer laws. If the cancellation request occurs after 14 days, we provide a 50% refund. All payments are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
