Can I cancel my tree adoption and get a refund?
Refunds are available if cancellation occurs within 14 days after purchase, in accordance with consumer laws. If the cancellation request occurs after 14 days, we provide a 50% refund. All payments are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.

How do you ensure the trees are well taken care of after I purchase one?
At MyTreehood, we have a direct and lasting commitment to the success of every orchard. Our shareholders and the company have invested their own capital into purchasing the land and building this business — financially, operationally, and personally.
What happens if MyTreehood closes down?
If MyTreehood ever closes down, our aim would be to ensure that orchards continue under responsible management. Ownership of the land remains with the company or its partners, and we would work to transfer tree care to a suitable party where possible.
